It’s time to take control of your attachment style and embrace secure, fulfilling connections with this Anxious Attachment Journal.
This journal was inspired by my own experiences with anxious attachment. I started creating it following a breakup when I was overwhelmed by insecurities, grievances, and anxious thoughts. I knew I didn’t want to bring those feelings into future relationships, so, I began building a diverse toolkit of skills and techniques that helped me soothe and heal my attachment issues. Eventually, I started to share it with clients who also experienced success with the tools. So, my hope by sharing this is that it can help others on their journey to secure attachment.
Through carefully designed prompts and exercises, you'll explore your subconscious beliefs and behaviours and start reprogramming them. Day by day, you’ll develop healthier, more secure relationships with yourself and others.
