Hailey Rutherford

Hailey Rutherford

Clinical Director & Registered Psychotherapist

Hi!! I’m Hailey!

Inspired by my own transformative therapy journey, I’m passionate about helping others find their way toward healing and personal growth.

I support individuals who feel challenged in their closest relationships, especially those noticing patterns of people-pleasing or codependency. Grounded in psychodynamic, person-centred, and emotion-focused perspectives, I help you explore how past experiences and family dynamics shape present relationships and emotions.

My goal is to help you ease emotional distress, deepen self-awareness, and move toward your fullest potential. My role is to help you reconnect with those parts of yourself so you can heal, grow, and thrive. Together, we’ll work collaboratively to uncover unconscious patterns, get to the root of your emotions, and cultivate self-awareness to create meaningful, lasting change.

Brooke Mason

Registered Psychotherapist

Hello!! Im Brooke.

I’m passionate about supporting children, teens, and adults as they navigate life’s transitions and challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being. I work with individuals experiencing stress, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and unhelpful thought patterns that may be getting in the way of growth.

As a therapist trained in CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches, with specialized experience supporting neurodivergent children and adults, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs. I strive toward creating a warm, non-judgmental, and compassionate environment where you can explore their experiences openly and safely.

If you’ve been trying to manage it all on your own, therapy can be a space where things start to make more sense. Together, we’ll work to understand what’s going on beneath the surface while building tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control.

Hi there! My name is Jean.

I am passionate about supporting individuals and families build stronger, more connected relationships. I work with families navigating challenges related to attachment, trauma, and transitions including families formed through adoption and kinship care. My approach is relational, strength-based, and person-centred, helping each family member feel seen, understood, and supported in their unique journey.

As an adoption-competent, trauma-informed practitioner and trainer with the Adoption Council of Ontario, I bring both professional expertise and deep compassion to this work. Lucy Colcenco

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Hi or Privet! My name is Lucy.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) offering trauma-focused therapy through an Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed approach. My work focuses on supporting individuals who feel anxious, stuck, disconnected, or feel caught in repeating relationship patterns, as well as those coping through addictive behaviours that may be getting in the way of deeper healing.

I understand that past trauma does not simply go away. It can continue to shape how people feel, react, and relate to themselves and others, even when they are trying to move forward or hold things together.

Using an IFS-informed approach, we’ll gently uncover the different parts of you, those that try to protect you, and those that carry pain so that you can better understand yourself with compassion rather than judgment.

I am passionate about helping you build greater self-awareness, develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself, and experience more clarity and choice in how they respond to life.
