Meet the Team

Hailey Rutherford
Founder & Registered Psychotherapist
Inspired by own transformative therapy journey, it led me to help others find their way to healing and personal growth.

I understand that starting therapy can feel like a big step, which is why my approach is warm, collaborative, and paced to your needs. Grounded in psychodynamic, person-centred, and emotion-focused perspectives, I help clients explore how past experiences and family dynamics shape present relationships and emotions.

Together, we’ll work collaboratively to uncover unconscious patterns, get to the root of your emotions, and cultivate self-awareness—creating meaningful, lasting change while tapping into your inner resilience so you can heal, grow, and thrive in your life and relationships.

Areas of Focus:
- Attachment injuries, relationship challenges and
