Free 15-Min Consultation
During this consult, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and what you are hoping for. This time gives you space to ask questions about insurance coverage, logistics, and anything else you’d like to know as you decide if we’re a good fit. Therapy is an incredibly intimate experience and finding the right person is so important!​

Now the work begins.

Intake Appointment
Next is the first appointment.
During this time, we will discuss you in more detail . This means we will be asking questions about your past and present to clarify your therapy goals. The intake session is a space where we can lay the groundwork for a safe, empathetic, and positive space to create the path toward personal growth.
